Hello again! It seems I have been nominated for the Plastic Joy award by You've Got The Silver (thankyou!) by which I am required to share with you my top 5 film and TV heart throbs - no easy feat!
So lets see what we've got here...(they will probably be weird haha)
In no particular order...
1. Ben Whishaw as John Keats in Bright Star
This is the first film I ever saw Ben in believe it or not, and I instantly fell gut-wrenchingly in love with his John Keats. Perhaps this is because I have a thing for sensitive, skinny men - or perhaps it is just because he is amazing. I saw this film twice at the movies. Both times I was sobbing by the end and I hardly ever sob in films.
2. Casey Affeck as Robert Ford in The Assassination of Jesse James
Once again like Ben Whishaw, Casey's performance as Robert Ford just blew me away. Sure, he is also exceptionally good looking in period costume but I think I also find troubled characters very alluring.
3. Graham Garden from The Goodies
Ok. So I know this is funny (have blogged about this one before!) but I really do love him! His curly blond side burns, thick spectacles and long legs are just fantastic - and he makes me laugh - what more could you want in a man? hahaha
4. Mark Lee as Archie in Gallipoli
This one is a childhood crush. I saw Gallipoli when I was about eleven and Archie's innocent boyish charm charmed the wits out of me. Plus his character is so heroic and yes...ok...I did cry over this one too - but it is such a sad film!
5. Gene Kelly in Singing in the Rain
I was trying to think of my favourite old movie guy...and I had to really think...but then I remembered Gene. Gene has to be one of the sexist dancers of all time. I mean this man can dance! I love how he can be funny and dance at the same time <3
Now it's your turn! I nominate:

Have fun!
